The real estate market in India is yet in a nascent stage and the scope is simply unlimited. It does not resemble a bubble that will burst. An unhindered growth for the next twenty years is almost sure. This is because the outsourcing business in India is going in great guns and this entails a huge demand for commercial buildings and urban housing besides improvement in infrastructure.

Real Estate is India very lucrative at a current state. We have made some investment there through an Indian partner of ours. The appreciation has a multiplying effect, however, the apprecation rate is gone down compared to what it was 5 yrs back.

Still is a very good market for real estate investment..

I think real estate in india also good and its really good to have own property at india i have own property at bangkok and india,In bangkok i have 2-3 Bangkok condos and in india i have one apartment so investment in both india and bangkok are fruitful.
