I currently have a large judgement against myself ...

I currently have a large judgement against myself only, I do not have any attachable worthwhile assets with execption of our home which is joint property, has a mortgage and is covered under homestead. My question is if I transfer my interest to the home to my wife via a warranty deed, would she be able to sell the home later free and clear?

I think that you should consult a good lawyer.

Be honest and be true to yourself.

I agree with DB Lady, but I suspect you can. Keep in mind however, if you are on the mortgage you are still responsible for it.
