If you are on the free plan, you don't get AOL technical assistance except from AOL Help web pages.  You can use the "Email us" button at the bottom of a page.  For AOL Mail call toll free at 877-786-0722 (Mon-Fri 8am - 1am ET, Sat 8am - 10pm ET).
