Let me ask this first.  Did you recently see a dentist, with a long apt. where you mouth was open for a long time?  That happend to me, from stretching open so long.  I used vasiline it took a few days, but it worked.  Even if you didn't see a dentist, try this, making sure the vasiline in applied all day and night (keeping your mouth lubricated).  If you try this, I'd appreciate knowing your results, pls & TY.

first you need to see a professional. it sounds like eczema i would try hydrocortisone first to relieve the redness and flakiness. dry skin effects alot of people during warm weather at times. plus you can buy it over the counter for only $1.00 its really inexpensive and fast acting.
