At times, the answer to this question is a definite yes-

Depends on the State.  However the States and racial bias is not responsible for all the Black males on Death Row or in prisons all over America.  Nor is it responsible for the rage of Black on Black murders throughout this country. 

Have you taken the time to look at the horrendous crimes perpetrated all over this country on Whites by Blacks or the rapes?  Nobody forces them to do this.

There is a problem in this country it is the elephant in the room and the Democrats in office for keeping the majority of Blacks dependent on government for their food, housing, medical etc etc etc.

I personally am tired of the Jesse Jackasses, Al notsoSharptons, Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, violent Rappers who nudge Black youth into crimes and lives of criminal activity.  Enough already.
