Can quitting smoking cause painful side effects? I quit 12-28-10and I am in agony can barely breathe and ache severely everywhere. I never expected this. I should have expected a lot more than I did ...

This is not a response to quitting smoking. How long did you smoke? Also, the physical withdrawal is supposed to be gone in 3 days.
