Photo transfer quilt patterns. I need a pattern to make a king/queen size quilt using photos of family.

Hi There are many quilt sites that offer "free patterns" Google  Photo quilts.

Also many quilt magazines have simple patterns that can be used for photo transfer. If you are a new quilter, I would stick with a simple 5 patch design that sews a border around the photo and uses fabric for the alternating blocks..

Your local fabric store will have the transfer fabric and may include a Free Pattern.

There are many quilt magazines which have some awesome designs to choose from. I have also made a quilt from such a design book.
