no, she can only get pregnant when she is in heat, about 6 months but they shouldnt be bred till the second heat or they wont take good care of the pups, and may have problems during labor. but YOU NEVER SHOULD INBREED! thats way there is so many health problems in dogs today. even the first generation can have intestine problems, reproductive problems and so forth.
you need to trade the boy for another boy. try looking on www.puppyfind.com its the cheepest way to go and there more willing to trade. if not you need to sell him and buy another. PLEASE DONT BREED THEM. i had bought a inbred yorkie and ended up having to pay over 1000.00 in operations. i love her so i didnt presue it. but if it was someone else she could have been reported.

No, I don't think so. Oh they can can have puppies although they are brother and sister, but not at their age. Three months old is too young for her to become a lady yet and three months certainly doesn't make him old enough to cut the mustard. I have heard it's not good even if they were  old enough, to let her get pregnant. She will let you know when she's in heat, and you will know the signs, but if you want to breed her, do it with another dog.
