But I love the name Sarah, I feel really badly for you, and when I was an active healer, I specialized in helping women who were in situations like yours. I think you need two things. First of all, you need to seek therapy to deal with your anger issues. Yes, your problems are based deeply on anger, at yourself and at others. Those issues need to be resolved. Secondly, I think you would benefit from assertiveness training.

You're not broken, but you're badly hurt. Yes, you made some bad choices. We all do. But those bad choices hurt you far more than they hurt anyone else. And your anger is hurting you as well. Please, seek the right help.
