Psoriasis conundrum!

I was just diagnosed with psoriasis on the palms of my hands. It hurts so much I can barely stand it. The Rx cream from the Dr. only slightly helps. Does it ever go away?Anything else will help?

I know that people who suffer from Psoriasis go to the Dead Sea (in Israel) and it helps a lot.  Some people told me that bathing in the Dead Sea is the only real cure / relief for them.
