Protecting new spouse

how do I include my spouse with ownership of existing home with a existing mortgage that is now in my son and my name with responsibility of mortgage in my name only at this time. Refi is out of the question. would llc be an option?

You could maybe put it into a trust. I think you can set it up so the house is part of it and then put her on the title. Call a lawyer that specializes in small family trusts and ask for some info.

Call your title company and see if its possible to add her to the title only.
