Protecting Your Eyes from Light Reflecting from a Touch Tone Computer Screen
Have you ever heard of Computer Vision Syndrome? It's basically when staring at a computer for prolonged periods of time causes eye strain, among other things. At least you're not working in an office, where all you do is stare at a computer!
Here are some tips that can help minimize strain: http://www.allaboutvision.com/cvs/irritated.htm.
If it really bothers you, there's always computer eyeglasses. I'm sure you won't need those, though, since you're not always looking at the cash register.
Thank you so much for your suggestions. I have heard of Computer Vision Syndrome but every Doctor I've gone to, and there have been many, seems to brush off my suggestion that the touch screens constant movement has caused the problem. I am currently out on disability still affected by dizziness, wondering if I will ever get back to my old self. Thanks again!!!
