Prosecuting atty st charles city....are you friends of ken callahan and it was a "deal" to get our dog euthanized. Obvious bias and relationship between callahan and animal control officer cindy jones. Officer "teresa" told vets office that euthanasia is rarely given. This was dogs first bite...and we had glowing recomendation letters from neighbors/friends and a behaviorist trainer who stated the dog didnt have a vicious bone in his body. Even the judge who is not pro euthanasia ended hearing stating there are other options. He came back 1wk later with devastating orders to kill the dog. There is something unholy and unprofessional among all other parties here. A comaradarie was obvious. Even "attacking" a witness with childish statements. Administrator equally unprofessional and rude when spoken to in a polite and civilized manor. This whole thing was blown way out of control and our poor baby is dead now because of obvious friendships. You were observed before court laughing and grinning with plaintif as was animal control officer. Did you think you were dealing with fools....we have eyes and your behavior was observed and clear. People in power think they are God...however there is a true God that will surely judge you all as you deserve. Its so sad that we cant trust our officials to be honest and forthright.
