Discuss Bernard McCaunaghy's answer to: Can anyone be a prophet? What does it take to be a prophet?

God appoints Prophets as He will, not as you ask to become one. Nothing has changed except that there are many more Prophets now than ever before and their power is far greater. That is why they know to avoid you.

Pastors have a calling to draw out atheists so that they can be exposed and eliminated but Prophets, Teachers, and Healers have far different ministries. And yes, they still remain on the job, doing God's work. Prophets give us warning when to vacate an area so that we can avoid atheists. It is uncanny and absolutely reliable.

Even so, there is still the call for martyrs, to remind us that our fight against evil is quite real and that purveyors of evil are still as evil as they profess. The very few who are sacrificed were due to lose their lives but they gain the Martyr's Crown and those who martyr them are their servants forever -- as long as they please the saint whom they foolishly martyred. A million years of slavery for a moment's rage seems a poor exchange, does it not Stinkbomb?

We have become more subtle in these latter days. The Almighty has given us that wisdom, and we act accordingly. That proves the value of faith and the price for faithlessness, but you knew that already, did you not Stinkbomb?

Even the best Prophet cannot speak the truth without love. Since atheism is a cult that opposes love in its every aspect then that is why atheists always persecute, but that will not silence the wisdom of Prophets.

And what happens when some delosinal yahoo, of con artist calls themselves a prophet without the calling of "the lord"?

Does lighting strike them? Do they catch on fire? Anything?

Andrew, atheism is a cult of delusion and you have been fully reduced to it. Therefore there is only bitterness and anger in you because you chose it purposefully. There is no hope for you except to fully repent.

You are not wise enough to do that.

If you develop the wisdom to repent, it will be undeniable, but knowing you, you would try to fake it just to get information you could abuse to persecute Christians.
