If these are emails that you are sending from your primary account, then there should surely be a copy saved in your "Sent" folder.
However, if you are not seeing emails in the "Sent" folder from accounts you have added to Phoenix, then you might want to visit our current "Known Issues" list that we tend to update on a regular basis.
