I received an invite for phoenix project. when I tried to activate it, nothing happened. Now I am receiving the below message
"Unfortunately, it looks like this invitation has already been used."
How can I activate it again ? Please help.
What happens when you try to log in to phoenix.aol.com with your current username?
Below is the message i get.
myusername@aol.com is good to go.
I am not sure what happened here. when I clicked the invite, it didn't load at all. when I tried again, its not working and I am not able to register again for an Invite. Is there a way to fix it ?
@Shree: are you still having an issue with your screen name when you try to access http://phoenix.aol.com?
Hi Namita,
Yes. I am still facing this issue. I am not able to use the invite I got and I am not able to register again for the invite.
Regards
Shree
@Shree: if you can send me the screen name you are using I will be more then happy to send you an invite. (myusername@aol.com does not show up as a valid screen name in our system)
@Namita: I have sent you a PM. Thanks a lot.
@Shree: When I try to send you another invite for the Screen Name you sent, I get a message stating that that screen name is already using Phoenix. Do you wish me to send you an invite on any other screen name you have, so we can make sure there is no issue on Phoenix side.
@ Shree: Our team has found that you did accept the invite and created a wow.com account. Can you please try and login with either the @aol.com account or the @wow.com account directly at http://phoenix.aol.com. Do let me know if this works for you.
@Namita: I was not able to create that wow.com account and I have tried to login as per your suggestion. The wow.com account does not exist and the aol.com account still has the old interface. Is there a possible way to resend the invitation ?
