File a police report. Were there any red light cameras installed? If so, the police can easily provide proof of the traffic violation.
Go after the cab company! It’s hard to believe cabs are not insured. Your car insurance should be able to take care of this. Check your car insurance policy – why wouldn’t they pay if you use the car to drive to work?
