The saying time catches up to you has proved true to me. Lifting patients for over 20 years and some other things have caught up to me and caused nerve damage, pain and difficulty walking.

Tom,  I am 46 and suffered back problems since a 6th grade school injury.  Bought an invertion devise (tips you back to upside down) from sports equiptment store $250 and have been practically "suffer free" for a year.  Just an FYI.  Rich
