Problems with AOL functioning correctly and an annoying coupon interferes with access

Hello! AOL is not  working at all since the new upgrade.  I have to continually end it through Task Manager and when I get back into it, it freezes up.  Also, an annoying coupon comes up with every key that is pressed.  Please let me know what I should do in that it is taking an inordinate amount of time to try to read my email and respond to others.  You can reach me on (617) 947-0929 if you need more information.  I cannot  imagine that others are not also having the same problem.  Thank you!
