While in prison if the inmate maxium time date is ...

while in prison if the inmate maxium time date is 12/22/2009 but the inmate minimun date is 10/01/2009 if the inmate dont get into no trouble will he or she be release on the minimun date

yes, he/she will if they don't get into any trouble or catch an other case. if they get in trouble he/she will have to wait until he/she c.r.date.

There are several variables involved. If this is state where there is a parole board, it would depend on what kind of crime it was, how many times they have been to prison before and how many disciplinary actions the inmate had received.

If this is a state where there isn't a parole board, at times they have rules that you would be released if you have met your "minimum time". It's hard to tell without knowing what state you are in.
