There is a part of the printer that doesn't work fine which causes the paper jam. You should also check if the other parts like the rollers, and hp compatible ink cartridges are at their best conditions.

First of all you have to check all parts of your printer that they are at its own conditions. and if you can't find that what is the problem, then you have to call your printer service center to come out from this problem. I also had this type of problem in my printer then i called 1st office to repair my printer from where i bought it.
