Im presently on unemployment in Kentucky and have till october before it runs out. Im' presently at 70% disability with the VA and will put in for unemployability with them in the future. If I get 100 % with the Va I presume I will have to go off UE, but will I have to pay back UE if they give me the 100% rating and reimburse me back to when my claim was orginally filed
