Can i get prescription lenses in these reading glasses??

ok....so i brought these regular reading glasses from family dollar...and i really liked the way the glasses looked so i was wondering if i was able to take those glasses and get the lenses changed to my prescription. does anyone know a place i can go or any eye place that does it??? i would really appreciate it!!!! oh yea and there plastic with no screws!!Smile
