Prenatal Vitamins with Calcium + Vitamin D overdose??????

I found out I was pregnant about 10 days ago, I immediately got some prenatal vitamins but then I realized that they don't have enough calcium (only 15% DV). Then I made some research about vitamins and minerals and found out that too much calcium is bad for iron absorption, and you have to take calcium separately. So I went and got Calcium supplement 500 mg (50% DV) which also has 200 I.U. of Vitamin D (D3) - 50% DV. But then I saw that my prenatals also had 400 IU of Vitamin D (D2)- 100% DV. And now I'm really worried because I've been taking these Vitamins for almost 10 days! Did I overdose Vitamin D, Could that harm my pregnancy????
P.S. I'm also drinking 1-2 glasses of milk every day. The reason I started taking all these vitamins is that I'm also nursing 11 month old (about to wean) and can't follow a perfect diet.
