Pregnant after abortion????

I thought i already asked this question, but here goes.  I had a termination 9 days ago on Friday the 30th. My boyfriend of 11 years left me for the ohh 15th time and moved back in with the woman he was cheating on me with while i was deployed.  I always wanted kids, always but soemthing felt wrong with this pregnancy and the doctor agreed.  I choose to terminate but it was the hardest decision of my life.  My body physically felt relieved when it was over, i was bleeding way to much and cramping way to much for the 4 weeks prior.  Anyways, I am very emotional.  My ex came back last Tuesay, 4 days post op.  As soon as he showed up I placed the patch on, and we messed around that night.  No intercourse but rubbing.  Again emotional.  Then again on Sun night, he came not in me, but behind me.  The patch was on for 6 days then, but i'm parnoid.  I think he wants to get me pregnant again and that scares me.  Hes agreed to stay away because that is just to much for me, but what are my chances of being pregnant again?  If I go by the termination then i should not ovualte unitl this Wed....but i'm soooooooooooo scared now.  Any advice?

First of all you shouldn't be involved with anyone right now.  Find someone who is commited to you and then decide together on becoming parents.  As far as getting pregnant, it could be a problem since semen stays alive for 72 hours in a woman's body, but then again your HCG levels might be very high which would throw off a pregnancy test.
