You received a couple of good answers. I would like to add:
1. Birth control is effecient only if you take the pills daily.
2. That means you must force yorself to take it as required
     and never forget taking. That is a MUST.
3. All what is required to get pregnant is 1 single sperm
     that reachs a "ready" egg. No need to "penetrate" or
     "cum" (sure it helps the process).
4. Why be in doubt: Take a simple blood test and you'll
     know for sure (blood test is THE most accurate and
     THE most reliable test).
5. You can take a home pregnanacy test too.
6. Please don't rely on "signs" and "signals" Take a blood
     test and you'll know for sure.
7. Always be well protected. From now on forget about
    "unprotected sex".
