Could I be pregnant ?

I have had unprotected sex more than 10 times with the same guy . I have never felt him *** inside of me and I've heard that for you to get pregnant they have to *** inside of you . I am on birthcontrol and sometimes I forget to take it . One night we had sex I forgot to take it and we also had sex on my period one night . Lately I have been feeling tired , having back aches , Alot of cramping and spotting for like a whole week now . Also one day i felt something heavy in my lower stomach and like pressure. I have been craving certain foods and eating alot. My stomach has been looking really big and bloated lately . I havent been throwing up or feeling naceus. Could It be birth control or could I be pregnant ?
