Well smoking, drinking and a couple of other things but some woman can stop drinking but it's pretty hard to stop smoking so just slow down on your smoking if you smoke but stop drinking.

There are a number of reasons. If the bleeding is more than spotting, and the blood is fresh, yo should consult your doctor immediately.
