How long do babies growth spurts usually last? My son is a little over a week old and seeems to be excessively hungry and fussy today. Is this our first growth spurt?

Growth spurts usually only last a couple of days but they happen kind of frequently at first. Make sure you are getting plenty of rest and have someone else help with household chores during these spurts. :) Congratulations!
