Is cramp always a common pregnancy symptom? Or does it only feature for a few women?

Some women experience cramping in pregnancy, although many do not. However, severe cramping or stomach pain is not normal. Consult with your physician if you have cramps with bleeding, fever, chills, lightheadedness or vaginal discharge, or if you feel faint.
