Does a women need a special diet after pregnancy? Is it different to one for during pregnancy?

Nutritious diet, lots of fiber, vegetables, fruits, nuts, low salt intake and low fat in diet .

Be honest and be true to yourself.

If you are going to breastfeed you will actually need a higher intake of calories than you did while you were pregnant. If you are formula feeding you can get away with a few calories less than when you were pregnant.
