Hemobion is iron that is commonly given in pregnancy and caltrate is a calcium supplement that is also often recommended in pregnancy.

It is important to note that although these supplements are not considered harmful in pregnancy, it is important to consult with your doctor before taking ANY medications in pregnancy.

Hemobion already contain calcium...the preparation is already 3-in-1 having f.fumarate (iron) , folic acid and calcium.
