You ask, does porn humiliate? Humiliate who? If we are talking movies and print legally created, then I doubt the actors/actresses are humiliated. They go into it with open eyes and are often well compensated for their efforts. Obviously, people easily humiliated or embarrassed would avoid such a career.

All healthy humans are "sex-driven" to one degree or another. Mating and procreation are biological imperatives. We expend a lot of time and energy in finding mates. 

Porn is not just for the lonely, either. Its often viewed by couples to "spice up" a marriage or long-term relationship.

Porn is as old as recorded history. Its only recently been seen as "bad" or somethng to be expunged from society. This came with the rise of strict Christian -- and later Muslim -- rules.

Bottom line: porn is what the person or people make of it. It can satisfy the needs of an individual. It can add to the intimacy of a relationship. It can even open up lines of honest communication between partners in dealing with their intimacy, thus bringing them closer.

As long as one doesn't see it in a close-minded way as "bad" (since the labeling of a thing causes one to see it in that limited paradigm), it can be seen as a win-win for all involved. The makers of the porn make money, and the consumers benefit by enjoyment (and nothing wrong with that) or greater intimacy.

I don't think the viewing of porn necessarily breeds insincerity. If someone is going to be insincere, they will be so, regardless. As far as the actors/actresses are concerned, anyone with connected brain cells recognizes these people are acting. No one should be under the delusion that actors of any sort are acting out reality. Although, I will note here that some actors/actresses in porn movies are married or committed couples, and only act together, exclusively....and honestly enjoy their mutual consumations.
