16*32*4= 2,048 ft^3  (cubic feet)  or 12,760 gallons
(assuming it is full, up till it's very end)

In order to determine that, you need to use a simple formula: Length x Width x Average Depth x Multiplier. If your pool is rectangular, square, or free form, your multiplier will be 7.5. If it is round or oval your multiplier is 5.9. If you have an oval 16 x 32 above ground pool that is 4 ft deep, 16x32x4x5.9=12,084 gallons.
