individuals countries affect the econominc development with particular focus culture, norms, how can that be achallenge to the mananger of the developing country.

I don't have the answer but I do know that countries that evolve quicker are making troubles for countries that are still not on their level of development by raising the standard bar too high.

Of course, especially in the European Union where smaller countries which are practically forced to unnaturally inflate standard so they could be accepted into European Union and know they will pay the price when they can't keep with the progress of richer EU countries.
