How do you get rid of elected officials in states ...

How do you get rid of elected officials in states where there is no recall procedure? What other options are there to get rid of an inept politician who is so partisan or corrupt?

Your most likely option is to beat the person in an election.  Unless the person has been convicted of a felony, chances are there is very little that you can do to unseat him otherwise.  You can, however, contact the state ethics commission to file a complaint about the elected official depending upon the nature of the corruption that you are referencing.

You cant unless they committed a crime. You can't "unelect" someone, you will just have to wait till next election. You can impeach them but they need to have done something serious
