The best description of a Universal Health Care Bill that has just passed the House is available on the Internet. If it is passed by the Senate, then it goes to the President for his signature. After he signs the bill, the Universal Health Care Bill then becomes the Law of the Land. I can only wish that the both houses of Congress have the wisdom to pass the bill without much changes.
