Since Medicare is projected to run out of money soon, increasing Medicare benefits is not being considered seriously.  But if illegal immigrants are granted Medicare, costs will go up.

"Obamacare" officially eliminates Medicare (all parts) in favor of an agency that has not yet been planned or created.  Also eliminated for all time is the Vetrerans Administration Medical System.  The US Department of Veterans Affairs will be cut back to a skeleton crew which should be a good reason for new recruits not to join.

Unfortunately, if you are a Veteran, that is what the Democrats think of you.  Worse, they will lie about it to get your vote, and then shoot you in the back in January 2013.

Is that what you wanted?

Distrust that government that will not trust you.
