The best way to do police background checks?

Is there a police records site that has up to date records that one can search through online?

I used   Gov criminal & police background checks .
Their database seems substantial and draws form a large source of resources, and so I was also able to perform nationwide police background checks - and as many as I required.


Maybe that can help somebody.

Probably nothing. Different agencies use different terms for the same positions.

Hi Sandy, I googled the meaning of Police Agent and Police Officer. The Police Agent performs the full duties of an investigator and/or a Police officer. A Police Officer works in partnership with the public and are in the front line in the fight against crime. They respond to the needs of individuals and communities. So a Police officer could also be a Police Agent.

I am immigrating to Italy and one of the requirements is a police background checks. How is this done? Can anyone recommend any good online police background checks services that will send a certified document?

Call the records division of the court you were convicted in, and ask them what the procedure is to obtain the record. They'll have a form for you to fill out and a charge to get it.
