POGO

POGO

If I have to have a question, then who drew this cartoon?

It has always been one of my favorites and I wanted to share it.

Hi, Jay, Walt Kelly was the author artist of the POGO cartoons.  Yes, this is certainly one of the classics and one I remember well. I was growing up in the 40s and 50s when Pogo was first published. There is a wealth of information about Pogo, Walt Kelly, who died in '73, the cartoon strip, and more, just an easy AOL search away from you as we speak!  I'd post links to sites but I'm new here and can't recall what the guidelines on Yedda are.    April
