You don't mention your cup size, but exercise might firm you up if your boobs sag.  Save your money, creams & pills do not work.  Breast reduction surgery can be done, but I doubt a reputable surgeon would do it at your size: it is also expensive and insurances won't pay for it for one size.  The best answer I could give you would be since you're 21 years old, get comfortable with your body.  No one is going to notice one size difference.  Just my opinion.

oh its 36B... my boobs are firm and well shaped but just want to reduce it

I would LOVE to have your size--maybe you could find a minimizer bra--I don't know what sizes they come in, but I do kno they're available.

Do pushups, do all various ways of pushups and you will reduce them and have nice boobs.

Better drive a <a href="http://www.autovscar.com" rel="nofollow">new cars</a> then oldies.
