Why is nothing done about players cheating in spade?

There are two spades players (rubinazakir and hosjim) who are cheating to get high scores on the leaderboard.  They do this by going to a private room, playing with bots and manipulating the bidding so that the other player gets unreal high scores.  Seems to me this would be a violation of the terms of service.  Can't this be stopped?

The best way is to just talk to him about it. Bring it out in the open. Trust is everything in a relationship and it sounds like you could use some trust building skills. If you think he is, mention it.
