Plat of Survey - Property Transfer

Is it a legal requirement in the State of Illinois that a seller provide a Plat of Survey, signed by a licensed Illinois Land Surveyor, when a property is bought and sold?

In the State of Illinois, an exchage of a  current Plat of Survey is required at the time of closing.

For transfer you should be having the documents that says for the first place that you are the owner of the property.Then the procedures for transfer would be followed.
