Forget trying to have surgery in the US for cheap. People rip you off. Breast implants here cost almost 8-10k. My wife had hers done in Mexico for just $4,000 and they look better than the pictures I have seen on docs websites in the US! What surgery are you trying to have done? Maybe I can refer you to the company we went through.
