I think it is a great plan but first you have to have the politicians that are willingto go along with your plan of action. Secondly, how will you curb corprate greed so that they don't stuff their pockets like the bankers did? Third we need to bring back the jobs back that were out of country. People who take profits from American customers should be loyal enough to give the American worker jobs so that they can buy their products in the first place.
