Discuss Balrog's answer to: What can you use in place of marsala wine?

Madeira is the closest in flavor that I've been able to find.  Tawny Port or Pinot Noir are supposed to be acceptable also, and if the recipe you're using calls for just a small amount of wine, dry sherry is OK.
