How do you a make a pinkelwurst? I am looking for a recipe to make the actual pinkelwurst, not the entire dish.

Peel the onions and cube them small. Take 2 spoonfull of the pork flare and cook the onions in it upto they are glassy. Put all ingredients together and make a smoth dough. And then follows what I don't understand. Put the dough in a linen bag and cook it for 1 1/2 hours. Normally the dough should be put in a bowel. But the receipt is from Eastern Germany and they have always been short of resources.
