sashaharrison...First you need to have photos in Picassa, or Windows Photo Gallery. Just download them from your didital camera right to the computer.  Then in "Your Profile" find  the icon select download photos,,select browse, that will take you to wherever you have your photos...make sure they're "jpg", then open the file and wait for the transfer...give it a few mins. and I'm new at this as well, but if you make an error, the program will tell you...also from your Start you can choose Help and Suport, and type in what you want at the top for search...Hope I gave a good suggestion!
