Try checking out John Bryce Computer School. They have locations in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. They offer a ton of how-to courses with computer programs, including Photoshop.

Computers are the wave of the future.

It's sometimes best to learn Photoshop at your own pace. There are a few excellent step-by-step guides about that I found especially valuable when first learning Photoshop
