Photopenic defect in area of hip implant

My recent bone scan shows a photopenic defect in the region of right hip prosthesis.  What does that mean?

Photopenia is a non-specific term describing decreased density seen on an xray. You can expect your doctor to refer you for further diagnosis.

Is this the kind of implant I read at http://www.rotlaw.com/wright-profemur-z/? These implants bears a life-threatning side effect. This kind of surgery should be tested more before surgeons implant them to patients.
